A fuel cell bulkhead is how a fuel line gets through the wall of a cell or tank without leaking or chafing. It clamps the cell wall between a flange and a nut and presents an AN flare on the outside, so the line terminates in a proper fitting instead of a grommet and a hope.

1. What a bulkhead does and why you need one
Any time a line passes through a fuel cell wall, that penetration has to seal against fuel, hold up to vibration and not saw through the hose. A bulkhead is the part that does all three.

2. Choosing -10 or -12

| Match what is inside the cell | the pickup and the pump inlet on the other side of the wall have to agree with the bulkhead size, or you have built a restriction into the one place you cannot see it. |
