Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm cst (Mon-Thur and by 11am Fri) will normally ship same day. Some exclusions may apply. Air, Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping methods will take priority in the shipping queue.

Online, telephone, fax, & e-mail orders require a credit card or COD (cashiers check or money order-call or email for COD total) for payment. If you would like to mail in your order please call or email for correct total before you mail the order to us with payment.

Please note that personal and company checks may be held up to two weeks for funds to clear. Sending a certified check or money order will ensure quicker turnaround.

Air Orders Placed by 3:30 PM Central Time (4:30 PM Eastern) Mon-Thur and by 11:00am on Friday will try to ship same day when possible (but not always guaranteed due to volume and order size)

Customs and brokerage charges are billed directly from UPS and customer is responsible. They are NOT collected up front.

Damages/Claims

Claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. You have 10 days to report shortage or discrepancies. Returned items subject to a 20% restock charge.

These parts are not legal for sale or use on any pollution controlled vehicle.

There is a 10% cancellation fee on all canceled orders. Special order, custom parts cannot be cancelled or returned!

CYLINDER HEAD - ENGINE DEPOSITS

Cylinder heads and Engines require only a deposit to start your order, not full payment in advance. We have flexible payment options available. Call or email if you would like more payment info.
