Short Blocks (Assembled and Unassembled Kits)

Over the last couple of years our short block program has evolved, and we are no longer offering custom/built to order engines (short block, long block, or complete engines). Our Pontiac short blocks are now based on our most popular tried and true combinations. These will be built one at a time and listed here when ready for purchase in the crate engine category. We would still love to help you with your Pontiac Block. We can help arrange inbound shipping and create you a short block kit ready to assemble. We fully machine and blueprint your block and combine with the rotating assembly and/or any other engine parts specifically spec'd to your build. We then ship that kit back to you, your builder, or we can help you find a trusted builder that we have done business with for years. Assembly is all that is needed because all the machine work is completed right here at Butler using the "Butler Process" just like all of our crate engines.
