Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Return and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of the receipt and must be authorized by Butler Performance, prior to return shipping. (If applicable, your item may be repaired or replaced under the Manufacturer's Warranty at the discretion of Butler Performance. See warranty stipulations included with each item for more details.) Restocking fees may apply.

Authorization

All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original salable packaging.  No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, defaced, or custom products will be allowed. Returns must be sent freight/ground prepaid and insured by the customer.  A refund or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Butler Performance. Contact our offices via telephone, e-mail, or Online RMA Request to obtain an RMA# prior to returning any merchandise. This number MUST appear on the outside of all boxes returned. If the RMA# is not visible on the outside of the box it could be refused at the dock. Any refused shipment sent back to Butler Performance does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Butler Performance for the shipment prior to its return. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All custom entry fees and duty charged to Butler Performance associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. SHORTAGES OR DISCREPANCIES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. Returned items subject to a 20% restock charge. No cash refunds, in-house credit only. These parts are not legal for sale or use on any pollution controlled vehicle. There is a 10% cancellation fee on all canceled orders. Special order, custom parts cannot be canceled or returned.

Documentation

A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you.  It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation.

Processing

Any return credits or refunds are processed will be processed once the items are inspected and approved. Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for credit card refunds to post to your account. A 20% restocking fee could be assessed on authorized returns, canceled orders (special or otherwise, shipped or unshipped) in addition to any original shipping fees.  

Items purchased during any free shipping or free freight promotions will have actual shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. During these promotions Butler Performance pays the outgoing freight so these actual charges will not be refunded.

Did your package arrive damaged or missing parts?

Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date.  All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier and Butler Performance. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection.  Butler Performance cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.  All approved refunds will be paid by same payment method used during purchase.
