Approximately 33 percent lighter than conventional chromemoly steel retainers and only 2-4 grams heavier than titanium (depending upon application), they are made from high grade Tool Steel, making them able to withstand even the most demanding race applications. When used as part of a well engineered valve train system, these unique retainers offer superior control of valve motion and high rpm stability – benefits normally only associated with more expensive titanium retainers.

New Pontiac Windage Tray Windage tray is designed for the IA2 block but works on all Pontiac V-8's with splayed or regular main caps - both 2 bolt and 4 bolt. Will not crack or break like factory style trays with redirect curve. A crank scraper is recommended with this tray. Dip stick tube (if used) must be welded or staked to external tube - or a bracket must be welded and bolted to tray.

New BOP Pontiac 4 Barrel Intake manifold The BOP intake is a single 4 barrel cast aluminum manifold designed from the ground up to outflow all other 4 barrel intakes available for the traditional Pontiac V-8. The casting fits most Pontiac cylinder heads including factory heads, Edelbrock heads (including wide ports), all Wenzler heads including the Super Chief (with or without the Super Chief's cast in spacer), and the new All Pontiac/DCI Tiger head (without the need for a head to intake spacer). The large port head intakes are is CNC port matched to each head type. All intakes will need some minor port matching/blending for optimum performance. The intake has a dominator pattern with a 1" spacer cast in The factory machined height is about equal to a Victor with a 1 5/8 " spacer. Bosses for EFI and/or Nitrous applications are also cast into runners. Testing has shown the BOP intake worth an average of 35 hp, 20 lb-ft of torque, and a cleaner fuel curve across the rpm band. These results were attained in a back to back testing on a 515 inch Pontiac engine comparing a fully ported Edelbrock Victor with 1" spacer to a BOP manifold with just a port match and no plenum work.

The new Tiger heads from ALLPONTIAC.COM feature 400+ cfm flow out of the box. Available in std./stock location exhaust port and raised exhaust port versions, these heads were designed primarily for use on the IA II cast iron block and the IA II/Butler Performance aluminum aftermarket blocks. Available bare w/guides and seats or fully assembled and ready to bolt on with Manley components and a Jesel shaft rocker system. For the race guys there is a fully CNC ported version by CHECKERED FLAG MACHINE.
