Description
If using headers or Ram Air manifolds, ceramic coating is highly recommended AND/OR a heat shield or header wrap to keep heat away from the Poly mounts as excessive heat may cause the poly to melt or deteriorate.
Also fits Detroit Speed Bracket # 060412DS for 1st and 2nd Gen F-Body with Hydroformed Subframe

So I installed these on my 69 Firebird and they restored the engine height so the oil pan wasn't so close to the cross-member. - they are significantly thicker than the China made OEM replacements. The poly is a bit bulky though and makes contact with the Long Branch manifolds. This caused some melting in the contact areas but hasn't affected function.
