If using headers or Ram Air manifolds, ceramic coating is highly recommended AND/OR a heat shield or header wrap to keep heat away from the Poly mounts as excessive heat may cause the poly to melt or deteriorate. (*Except 1970-’72 GTO’s originally equipped w/ 455’s, to use these mounts you must change frame mounts to the AAU-N245A) If using with MM5 or MM6 adapter plates, some modification may be necessary to allow the adapter bolt to sit flush with the mount Includes 5-1/2 bolts and nuts for attaching to the frame mount.
