Final dyno numbers for my 1965 tripower 421HO was 430 HP and 485 Ft-Lbs Torque. I installed the motor into my 1965 GTO which is equipped with a Muncie M20 4spd and a 12-bolt posi rear-end. The exhaust runs through a set of '67 HO exhaust manifolds and a 2.5-inch Pypes stainless steel exhaust system with electronic cut-outs.

1965 Pontiac GTO
I purchased the unrestored rust free 1965 Hard
Top GTO in Yakima, Washington during the
summer of 2014 where it spent its entire life and
was garage kept by all previous 4 owners. The
136,000 mile car was repainted in 2012 using
original Cameo Ivory paint. The car's Parchment
interior is 100% original except for the black carpet
which was replaced when the car was repainted.
The original 389 4-barrel was blown by the 2nd
owner during the 1970's and received a Butler
Performance built 1965 421HO Tripower motor in
early 2016. The exhaust runs through a set of 1967
HO exhaust manifolds and a 2.5-inch Pypes
stainless steel exhaust system with electronic cutouts.

The original Muncie M20 4 speed and the (non-original) 12-bolt posi rear-end were overhauled during the fall of 2015. All suspension rubber and springs were replaced in 2015. Modest stock upgrades were made by adding Ram Air induction, Rear Cross-member Frame Reinforcement Brackets, Rear Sway Bar, Power Steering, Quick Ratio Steering Box and Front Disc Brakes. Original factory delivered options include: Rally Gauge Cluster & Tach, Center Console, AM Radio, Underhood & Trunk Lamps, Glove Box Lamp, Ash Tray & Cigarette Lighter Lamps, Center Underdash Lamp, Back-up Lamps, Parking Brake Lamp, Visor Vanity Mirror, Custom Retractible Front Seat Belts, Rear Window Defogger, Window Washer & Dual Speed Wiper, Exterior RH Side Mirror, Trunk Mat & Spare Tire Cover, Front & Rear Floor Mats, Soft Ray Windshield, Muncie M20 4 Speed, and Handling & Ride Package.
