The Hurricane was designed to meet the Street/Strip needs of a broad market segment – owners of Pontiacs who need an intake that will fit under their hood and that will feed ported cylinder heads. Fits under all Pontiac hoods including the Trans Am "Shaker", Features a dual flange for use with 4150 and Quadrajet carburetors, Heat crossover deleted, Cast in bosses to accommodate nitrous injectors, As cast port match to standard Pontiac port. Adequate material for RA IV port match. (may not have enough material to seal on a ported Edelbrock head)
