Press-in heater hose fitting for the rear of the passenger side head, 1965-and-later original style.

It presses into the head the same way a plug does and gets installed in the same pass. The brass head freeze plug kit (BPI-1021) does not include it — BPI-1022-HHF is the same kit with this fitting added.
