The ultimate dress-up for your Pontiac — machined in-house, not stamped in a factory.

If you want the cleanest, most finished look on top of a Pontiac V8, this is it. Each set is CNC machined from solid 6061 aircraft-grade billet aluminum right here at Butler, with sleek rounded contours and a precision-milled sealing rail that lays flat and seals right. These aren't cast or off-the-shelf — they're cut from billet and built to order, so the set on your engine is finished exactly the way you spec it.

At 2¾" tall, the Short profile is our low-clearance option — the one to run when hood, booster, or A/C real estate is tight and the taller 3¾" covers won't fit. Roller-rocker guys who need the height should step up to our Tall (BPI-TVC-BIL) set.

What's included

• Matched set of billet CNC valve covers, made to order
• Stainless steel hold-down bolts
• Threaded oil fill with billet cap (aluminum sets ship the Billet Specialties screw-in cap; black sets ship the Pro-Werks 1-5/8" black cap when you add the drilled oil-fill option)

Build them your way

• Finish: natural billet aluminum or black anodized
• Logo: run them plain, or have your logo CNC milled right into the covers — Butler Pontiac, GTO, Pontiac Racing, or fully custom engraving (logo machining is an add-on)
• Breathers / oil fill: we'll drill for breathers and oil fill wherever you want them — just tell us the locations in the order notes (e.g., "oil fill – driver front, breathers – driver & passenger rear")
• Evac ready: add the Evac Bung & Baffle option for a vacuum/evac system. Note: covers ship without breather holes when the evac bung is selected — GZ evac kits run a -10AN bung, Butler/Moroso kits a -12AN

Fitment notes — please read before ordering

• Made for the Pontiac V8.
• Will not clear stock A/C brackets.
• On 1967–69 Firebird, may have a clearance issue with the wiper motor and with thick valve cover gaskets.
• May not clear some brake boosters — you need 3" from the valve cover rail on the head to the booster. Measure before you order.
