Hand-fabricated Pontiac valve covers, built to order and made in the USA.

Clean, custom, and priced to fit the build — these are our hand-fabricated aluminum valve covers, welded up in-house and finished exactly the way you spec them. You get the sharp, purposeful look of a true fabricated cover without the billet price tag, and because every set is made to order, the breather and oil-fill layout is yours to call.

Where it counts, these are built to seal. Each cover has an extra-thick ¼" gasket rail that gives you a big, flat sealing surface and keeps oil where it belongs. At 2¾" tall, this is the low-clearance version — the one to run when hood or booster space is tight. Running a stud girdle? Step up to the 3½" tall fab set, which clears most girdles.

• Finish: raw aluminum or black
• Logo: plain or add your logo — choose from our logo options or CNC engraving
• Breathers / oil fill: we'll drill for breathers and fittings wherever you want them — just enter the locations in the order notes (e.g., "oil fill – driver front, breathers – driver & passenger rear")
• Evac ready: add the Evac Bung & Baffle option for a vacuum/evac system. Covers ship without breather holes when the evac bung is selected — GZ evac kits run a -10AN bung, Butler/Moroso kits a -12AN
• Valve cover gaskets: add a matching set right on the options

Fitment notes — please read before ordering

• Made for the Pontiac V8.
• Will not clear stock A/C brackets.
• On 1967–69 Firebird, may have a clearance issue with the wiper motor and with thick valve cover gaskets.
• May not clear some brake boosters — you need 3" from the valve cover rail on the head to the booster. Measure before you order.
• For stud girdles, order the 3½" tall fab set instead.
