Butler Pipe Plug Tool for Pontiac Oil Galley and Block Hex Plugs

The tool for the oil galley plug that sits down inside the block behind the distributor, and for the 3/8 hex block plugs.

That plug is recessed where you cannot see it with the distributor in place, and it is threaded rather than pressed, so it does not come out like a cup plug. After decades of heat cycling it usually does not want to move at all.

Apply heat before you lean on it. That is what keeps you from snapping the end off the tool. Does not include plugs.
